Then come run with us at the Hilbert Hawks Cross Country Camp.

Friday July 11th 2025 to Sunday July 13th 2025
From 9am to 1pm
Hilbert College, Hafner Athletic Center, 2500 South Park Ave, NY 14075

We will run in the morning and listen to top area coaches talk about various training topics. Additionally, we will be doing some work in the weight room. Lunch will be served.
